The National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC) is taking part in the ELRASE IV 2026 Employment and Labour Relations Symposium, held from 16 to 18 September 2026.
The symposium is themed Labour Migration and Access to Justice: Strengthening Judicial Responses for Inclusive and Effective Labour Justice Systems.
It brings together stakeholders to deliberate on emerging issues in employ ment and labour relations, including gender equality and decent work, access to justice for women and mobile workers, gender-responsive labour adjudication, sexual harassment and gender-based violence in employment, and emerging jurisprudence on labour mobility and equality.
